If you don't live in these areas you just need to find  a solicitor or conveyancer in your area who is experienced in dealing with real estate sales. The solicitor will guide you through  settlement,sale inclusions and exclusions .

It is a good idea to request all offers to be in writing, including counter offers. Contracts for the sale of land must be in writing otherwise they dont hold legal validity.
